Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible.
Non-Returnable Items

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at care@cartvers.com with:

Your order number

Reason for return

Clear photos/videos of the product (if damaged or defective)
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
⚠️ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved:

Refund will be processed to your original payment method

It may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account (depending on your bank/payment provider)
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide photo/video proof

Free replacement OR

Full refund (no return required in some cases)
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
After this, the order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
